Welcome to OddsIQ. By using this service you agree to these terms.

1. What OddsIQ is

OddsIQ is an AI-powered statistical forecasting tool for football. We provide:

  • Public probability forecasts for matches and tournaments
  • Free prediction games (Champion Pick, Knockout Pick'em)
  • Optional paid subscription with additional features (Upgrade Pro)

OddsIQ is not a bookmaker. We do not accept bets or wagers. No money changes hands through our service for predictions themselves.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use OddsIQ. You must be legally permitted to access gambling-adjacent content in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict access from countries where this is prohibited.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account, attempt to access another user's account, or create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to scrape our content without permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our models or predictions
  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates intellectual property
  • Use the service to harass other users
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the service

5. Intellectual property

All model outputs, site design, and text content are owned by OddsIQ. You may view, share, and discuss predictions. You may not republish our full forecasts as if they were your own.

Screenshots for discussion or review are fine. Copy-pasted bulk reposts without attribution are not.

6. No financial advice

OddsIQ predictions are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not financial advice. They are not betting tips. They are statistical forecasts based on a model that will be wrong a meaningful percentage of the time.

You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should never bet more than you can afford to lose.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, OddsIQ and its operator are not liable for any losses, damages, or harms arising from use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses from betting decisions based on our predictions.

The service is provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@oddsiq.ai.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to active users via email at least 14 days before taking effect.

11. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
